- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to specific company processes and styles.
- 5+ years of estimating experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A collaborative spirit, openness to learning/feedback, and excellent communication skills, with an ability to work cross-departmentally.
- Experience with Amtech EnCore a significant asset.
