Are you a Production Manager or Production Supervisor with over 5 years of experience managing a team of 8 plus employees? Our client located in Burlington is looking to hire a Production Manager who will manage a team of 12 that includes; Purchasing, Shop Supervisors, Trades, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping/Receiving and Health & Safety.

Job Requirements
- Must have 5 plus years experience as a manager or supervisor of a team of 8 plus employees
- Must have experience working for a small to midsize custom manufacturing or automation company
- Post-secondary experience in technical, engineering or relevant field in manufacturing or automation is desired however it is not a requirement
- Knowledge of tooling, machinery, quality and H&S is required
- Must have excellent leadership skills
