• Must have 5 plus years experience as a manager or supervisor of a team of 8 plus employees
• Must have experience working for a small to midsize custom manufacturing or automation company
• Post-secondary experience in technical, engineering or relevant field in manufacturing or automation is desired however it is not a requirement
• Knowledge of tooling, machinery, quality and H&S is required
• Must have excellent leadership skills
