Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail oriented individual with strong construction experience and deep proficiency in Procore. You will play a key role in supporting multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers with project scope, timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate project files including contracts, POs, change orders, invoices, and close-out documents.
  • Coordinate and participate in site meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress including budgets, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and delays promptly to the project team.
  • Assist with procurement activities and monitor material delivery timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, designers, and site teams.
  • Participate in site visits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of Procore experience (required)
  • Strong construction background, ideally in renovations, rebuilds, or general contracting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle
