Responsibilities:
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- Review payable and receivables.
- Filing HST returns.
- Monthly, and yearly financial statement preparation
- Cash flow management
- Prepare documents for annual audits and tax filings
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Prior property management experience is REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail
