Our manufacturing client, a family-owned company, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Purchaser to join their team. This role offers the chance to reshape the purchasing function, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to a vital part of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and various departments, playing a key role in ensuring efficient plant operations through effective supplier management and negotiation.

- 5-7 years of experience in a more senior purchasing capacity.
- Excellent communicator who asks questions and engages effectively with diverse personalities and adapts to new processes.
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of challenging practices and securing competitive pricing.
- Accountability and a results-oriented mindset, particularly in ensuring timely deliveries and managing external services.
- Ability to work 100% in-office.
- Experience with Amtech Encore an asset.
