Responsibilities:
- Creates purchase orders, coordinates with vendors for outside requests
- Maintain supplies of all items, including MRO, hardware, and office supplies
- Work with vendor service contracts
- Collaborate with AP to resolve any discrepancies
- Work to maintain the inventory tracking system, and ensure accuracy
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- University or college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ related experience
- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions
- Professional communication skills
