Job Description
Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a driven and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. If you are a self-starter with a strong chemistry background and a passion for ensuring excellence, this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a growing company and work alongside an experienced Quality Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within a specialized scientific environment.
This position offers the chance to expand your expertise in quality assurance, gain hands-on experience with ISO compliances and auditing, and play a vital role in upholding the company's commitment to quality. You will be instrumental in maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring all documentation aligns with audit requirements, collaborating with various departments to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager with ISO compliances and auditing.
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) through internal audits.
- Revise and update procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform risk analysis on business evaluations and opportunities.
- Conduct customer complaint and non-conformity investigations, document outcomes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with employees across different departments to collect data and information.
- Ensure documentation aligns with audit requirements across all operational areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (BSc) or Graduate (MSc) degree with a focus on environmental chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
- A background in quality assurance.
- Strong self-starter, able to quickly absorb and synthesize information from diverse areas.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Lists for cataloging and tracking.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs independently.
