Our client, a leading service provider in the Hamilton territory, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to head a team of three Business Development Representatives. If you are motivated “hunter” with a passion for sales and leadership, and possess a strong understanding of selling service contracts B2B, this is a great opportunity.
This role offers the chance to drive growth in a key territory, and directly influence the success of a larger team. You will also be instrumental in pursuing specialized accounts and projects.

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of three Business Development Representatives to drive sales performance across the Hamilton territory.
- Pursue and secure strategic, high-value accounts while selling service agreements for HVAC, facility management, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to bolster sales and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align with company go-to-market vision.
- Travel frequently within the territory to conduct multiple first calls and maintain strong customer engagement. (No overnights are required with the exception of the occasional conference)
- Proven sales success with a strong hunter mentality and results-driven approach.
- Leadership ability demonstrated through coaching, motivating, or managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Related post-secondary education or experience in HVAC, facility services, or relevant technical industries is an asset. Familiarity with Salesforce also preferred.
- Able and willing to travel frequently within the sales territory.
