Our client, an established and growing distribution company in Oakville, has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join their team! This role supports the sales team by serving as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the customer order fulfillment process, from order placement through to final delivery. Candidates must have exceptional B2B customer service skills and strong attention to detail. This is an in-office position working collaboratively as part of a great team!

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, confirming product availability and accurately entering orders into the system
- Effectively coordinate with all parties involved in the release and delivery of product, providing timely updates on the status of orders
- Prepare and process import and/or export documentation for cross border and international shipments
- Invoice sales orders and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain the internal database to ensure that all customer, supplier, product and pricing information is updated and accurate
- Effectively communicate with customers to address any questions related to their orders
- Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve issues related to customer accounts or order status
- The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years of B2B customer service, sales support or logistics coordination experience
- Candidates must display strong attention to detail and the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required for this position
- Proven ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Experience with MS Office suite of products is required
- This is an in-office position working as part of a collaborative team
