Job Description

As the Senior Accountant with our client in Cambridge, you will report into the VP of Finance while handling year end reporting, financial reporting, trial balance and working closely with senior management on strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to handle variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and other financial analysis
- Handle year-end financial repotrting.
- Review and maintain KPIs across the company.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Assist senior management with strategic planning, process improvements, and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Must be CPA designated
- Prior 3+ years full cycle accounting either in Public accounting or industry.
- Strong experience in Canadian ASPE and US GAAP is required.
- Prior experience working in construction industry would be a huge asset.
