Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable—Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections to ensure smooth, timely transactions across entities
- Record-Keeping & Ledger Management—Update and maintain general ledger accounts with accuracy to reflect the financial health of both corporate and subsidiary operations
- Account Reviews & Discrepancy Resolution—Conduct detailed bank, intercompany, and account reconciliations to detect and resolve inconsistencies
- Financial Statement Support—Contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that capture business performance
- Strategic Financial Planning—Assist with preparing budgets and projections that fuel the organization's future growth and strategy
- Internal & External Coordination—Provide timely documentation and support during audits to help ensure compliance and transparency
- Efficiency Enhancements—Recommend and contribute to improvements in financial workflows, systems, and reporting accuracy
- CPA, or close to completing CPA
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 2+ years experience in accounting environment, prior exposure to gathering, organizing, and inputting information is an asset
