Job Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant! This position is newly created and will report into the Controller while focusing on the full accounting cycle, including budgeting, reporting, AR, AP, payroll backup and more!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee full accounting cycle including AR, AP, cost accounting and more
- Financial reporting under SOX compliance
- Act as backup for processing payroll
- Support month end and year end processes
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Documentation of processes and improvements
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by Controller
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- SOX experience is required
- Strong communication skills
