Responsibilities:

• Prepares and updates various monthly financial reports, analyses, and complex accounting activities for different entities within North America, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, IFRS, ERP systems, and financial standards.
• Leads the Operations Finance team in overseeing inventory management, production reporting, and standard costing calculations for both current and upcoming products.
• Collaborates with the Operations team to analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Undertakes additional related duties and special projects within the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years standard costing experience is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
