Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide operational controllership and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Improve the FP&A function and establish and implement high impact KPIs
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a strong accounting and finance team.Â
- Assess project profitability and identify cost reduction measures.
- Partner with the business (Engineering, Quality, Materials, Sales) and provide financial insights to help drive the business
- Implement new systems, software, workflows, and process improvement.
- Build and develop internal controls
- Provide fast reliable reportingÂ
- Work closely with external partners (auditors, tax advisors, banks and insurance)
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
 Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- CPA required.
- 5 plus years of experience working for a manufacturing company is required.
- Experience with change management and transformational leadership is strongly preferre.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software, including implementations, or upgrades is preferred.
- High level of organization and detail orientation.
- Previous experience working as a business partner to operations is a must.
