Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze weekly cash flow forecast and present findings to senior management
- Prepare monthly and year-end general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for variances and identify business trends
- Manage invoicing processes for multiple business units
- Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial forecast
Job Requirements
- CPA designation or close to completion
- 2+ years experience as an accountant or financial analyst coming from a small company or accounting firm
- Intermediate or higher level of Excel
