Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze weekly cash flow forecast and present findings to senior management
• Prepare monthly and year-end general ledger entries
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for variances and identify business trends
• Manage invoicing processes for multiple business units
• Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial forecast

• CPA designation or close to completion
• 2+ years experience as an accountant or financial analyst coming from a small company or accounting firm
• Intermediate or higher level of Excel
