Responsibilities:
· Providing exceptional customer service and industry related sales support to clientele.
· Handle in-coming calls and emails from customers and key accounts.
· Provide quotes and address complex project inquiries
· Order processing
· Build rapport with repeat and new customers
· Some administrative and light warehouse duties as required
Qualifications:
· Industry experience in cutting tool or machining environment
· Tenured experience in inside sales
· Knowledge of Epicor Profit 21
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
