My client is one of the best mid sized firms in Mississauga. They are looking to hire a Staff Accountant to work with their High Net Worth client services team. This team specializes in addressing accounting and taxation needs for clients with substantial investment portfolios, while delivering a “boutique firm” client experience. An interest in investment accounting, preparation of compilation files, personal and corporate tax compliance matters is required. This variety can be challenging for some, but for the right person it opens doors to constant learning, personal growth, and a rewarding career.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with accounting specialization
- previous internship/co-op public accounting firm experience
- solid understanding of personal and corporate Canadian income tax rules
- working knowledge of Caseware, Taxprep and Excel
- strong interpersonal and client service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- strong belief that accounting can be fun
