Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and consultation
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Generate accurate quotations and sales orders to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal design teams to create customized truck solutions
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies
- Travel as needed to engage with customers and support sales initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of commercial truck body industry is an asset
- Degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Six Sigma certification or relevant training is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and passport for North American travel
